Hi guys,going through some readings at the moment, and came across this.「人唔可以認錯唔可以認輸,一認,就乜野都冇哂架喇。」Is this person trying to say "admit it!"or is it similar to "recognise your mistake!"

this particular wait a while is used widely in Singapore. I only know the tones not the words. It rhythm like this ; jing3 gang1I think in writing, it could be like this "正剛".... what you guys think?

I was trying to explain, it is not rightful to allow the technician to come into the room to interrupt/disrupt when meeting is still on unless the host allows us to.how would you say in proper cantonese?
