雷氣 is a gangster slang (of which you were aware) for camaraderie. 發電 is "generate electricity." "Loyalty releases electricity" is not a natural expression in Chinese. I may have better suggestion if you can clarify the context of loyalty.
Thank you Mr. K!! If you don't mind I'm curious about your idea using 雷氣. I meant to use it to describe that loyalty to a team gives it power. There's a saying in English soccer/football that you can't pick your team, you're born into it. So I feel that only long-time San Diegans can understand what it means to cheer for such a headache inducing team. I want to use 雷氣 but again, I don't know how much of a triad undertone it implies.
As for the rest of the phrases I feel 雷霆萬鈞,勢不可擋 sounds very close to what I had in mind and is appropriate for American football. Thanks for recommending it.
Also, do you think 藍閃電黃雷擊 would make any sense? The team colors are blue and yellow.
