Cantonese Practice: 小姐 vs 靚女 vs 美女

Hello, I was eating at a Cantonese restaurant and one of the customers called the waitresses 靚女。I was thinking about for a while, because I learned that 小姐 was how to call someone "Miss." There was this one person from Mainland China (Toisan) who told me that females take offense to 小姐 due to it belittling them or associating them with prostitutes who are also called 小姐 supposedly. Another person said that 小姐 is okay depending on the tone of your voice or the context.

So which is the way to go in:
