「低B 」~ 「低能的啤啤」 (retarded baby)
In English, due to political correctness, people are not encouraged to use the term "retarded children" to refer to children with low IQ any more,
I think the politically correct term is "learning challenged children" or " learning disadvantaged children" I think in Cantonese, 「低能兒童」had been replaced with「低智兒童」or「弱智兒童」which I don't think is a lot more gentle way to refer to them. May be there are some new terms being used in Hong Kong that I haven't heard of? Like 「學習殘障兒童」?
