Outside of. Restaurant menu, 火腩 (roasted pork) is commonly known as 燒肉 , short from 燒豬肉-- meat from 燒豬 (roasted whole pig )when you buy 燒臘, you can say you want 火腩, but half the time people just say 燒肉.
