I think so. One example is 去滾 which CantoDict defines as “go out in an adulterous situation looking for women and party”. We can’t derive this meaning from 去 (go) and 滾 (roll/rotate) separately. So it is appropriate for CantoDict to have this compound entry.
滾 also has definition:
[5] [粵] [v] have illicit sex; visit prostitutes
which makes 去滾 meaning obvious.
