I'm no expert on the subject, but I'll tell you a bit.
I think 我話(or 講）咗（畀你聽）㗎喇 is pretty close to "I told you so".
我無錯 sounds okay to me, but isn't as close. 我冇講錯 sounds a little better.
我講咗得正 doesn't make sense grammatically and I'm not sure how you would say it to make it mean something equivalent to "I told you so"
