I'm not going to respond to pety bickering, I asked a question and got multiple answers. Which leads me to put more faith in 廣州話方言詞典's definition as "reason". I still trust that much of the historical meaning of the term according to you guys holds true, but honestly I am learning and will take on the definition that fits the situation best.

I didn't understand 同理 here, is it being used as a lazy 你？is it the same reason?

照常理 is this a phrase in its own right, 照常 is business as usual but the char 理 keeps confusing me.
「同理 」here is a typo, the right word in the comic should be 「同埋」( same together)
「佢同我同級㗎! 仲(同埋)一間學校讀添!！」( he and I were in the same year! Also attend to the (same) school ( together)!)
