In the Cantodic it does indeed list 才怪 as being used in both Standard Chinese and Cantonese,

才怪 is used in Mando/SWC only; the exact Canto equivalent is 至奇 (先至 vs 才; 奇 vs 怪), with 就假 as a Canto synonym. The 才怪 page needs a revision.
