Help translating lyrics 最後晚餐 - Supper Moment

Maybe a year ago I was told to check out this song from a group called Supper Moment. It's pretty catchy and is a great break-up song for when someone feels down and just needs to let something go. I studied the lyrics but never got to the point where I understood more than 50% of what was going on (even though I've listened to it at least 50 times haha). Anyway, if someone could help me out with the correct translation I'd be really helpful.

Love doesn't change, it gets more refined, the movements and changes get smaller (each successive time)

My gut feeling is this song is about letting someone go and accepting it, I really hope I'm not too far off from that idea. When I listened to this it was fun to keep saying 直到下世紀!! when I felt down and needing something off my chest.
