They are two different typeface styles of the same character. Probably your internet browser's default Chinese font is different from the default Chinese font of your application you're pasting to.

As you can see, there's a difference in how these two letters are displayed, depending on which typeface font is used.
For 植, the one on the left is more faithful to the ancient script (see Chinese Text Project), the one on the right is the more "modern" form.
