The first phrase ( "no wonder..." ) in the audio is pronounced 唔怪得之, not 唔怪之得, as written. Perhaps this should be corrected to avoid confusion for learners like myself.
Also, I've seen the variant 唔怪得之 written as 唔怪得知 in another Cantonese learning site. The latter pulls 3x more Google results, but maybe that's because it's a Mandarin phrase, too?
This is Cantonese, and judge by the construction of the phrase, it seem classical too.
You can mix the character order as following combinations and the meaning would not change. They all mean: " no wonder"

2. 怪唔之得
3. 唔怪之得
4. 怪唔得之
