I agree that 𤷪𤺧 should be the preferred standard form. This form is supported by 廣州話正音字典, 廣州話方言詞典 and 廣州話普通話詞典.
As far as I can find, “A Dictionary of Cantonese Slang” is the only dictionary that suggests an alternative of 𤷪憎. But 憎 has a reading in tone 1 and a meaning of “hate”. So this one does not merit consideration at all.
As regards 䒐䒏, 蠻倀 and 憫憎 that appear in the heading of this thread, I think the obscure 䒐䒏 could be disregarded.
蠻倀 is already in CantoDict. It could be retained as a variant form of 𤷪𤺧.
We don’t have 憫憎 in CantoDict. It could be added as another variant form of 𤷪𤺧.
We also have a phrase entry 發憫憎 in CantoDict. It should be amended to become 發𤷪𤺧 with 發蠻倀 and 發憫憎 as two variants.
