And also, I'm just curious, what exactly does 雷人 mean? I see it's listed internet slang but the descriptions go all over; like shocking, amazing, ridiculous, appalling.

I didn't want to use it for my sports team, but does it mean something so crazy it's like people are struck by lightning? Are there specific examples I should know of?
