You can copy and paste the characters you posted one by one and search for them-to find the reading.
阿羅漢 should be a-lo-han or o-lo-han , a1lo5 han3 if you wanted to read it out (it would be pretty hard for anybody to understand you without the tones).
As for your other request, maybe such a thing exists, but for other chinese languages (excluding mandarin and possibly cantonese), most of the best dictionaries/learning materials/resources are in chinese, you'd have a lot more luck searching for them in chinese.
However, that's not to say that such a resource doesn't exist! Maybe it does, I just haven't come accross it yet!
