For "我唔知你可唔可以…" I was trying to say "I'm not sure if you can come over or not" as in, I have to get confirmation first. For that situation, would it still be okay to use the original sentence?

As I’ve earlier explained, “(我)唔知你可唔可以…" can be used only with strangers or less acquainted friends. “有冇興趣” already covers the notion of getting confirmation first.

How would one use 橫𠶧 waang4 dim6?

橫𠶧 is mostly used as part of a subordinate clause as in:
橫𠶧你出開街, 幫我買包煙返嚟啦 (廣州話普通話詞典, p.391).
It cannot be used as a standalone adverb for your sentence “Anyway,我第日𠹭你,好唔好?"

I try to see if I can get the Cantonese version of the way I talk so that I wouldn't sound so choppy.

I think this is an appropriate approach in tackling the Cantonese language.
I often try to match any Cantonese terms or phrases with the best English equivalents, and wonder how would an English native say in English those final particles, verb particles, catch phrases, interjections, etc.

Ah okay, thank you so much!

If I was talking to a close friend and I want to check with my parents to see if my friend could come over I'd say:

A: 喂,阿 *Name*,你有冇興趣去我屋企玩呀?
B: 有興趣!
A: 好。噉...我要問下我父母先。
B: Okay.

Parents is 父母, right? 爸同媽?

Thank you!
