You can just put together a bunch of short sentences with similar structure. One example is this:
叫你買紅茶就買咗綠茶,叫你去東就去咗西,叫你做X就做咗Y...
(When you are told to buy red tea, you bought green tea; when you are told to go east, you went west; when you are told to do X, you did Y...)
However, if you add too many sentences (say, 5 or more), then you sound ridiculous. Don't overdo it.
