成龍電影 - Writing practice

Hey everyone, today I watched a Jackie Chan movie online and I'll try and write down a basic paragraph to work on my grammar. Any input or advice in improving the sentences would be appreciated as always. I've come to find that my grammar has become 'slow but steady wins the race' so even if I might not be improving much it's still important for me to make the effort and try.

Here is the movie I watched in case some of you are curious:

1. 我今日睇一個(?)電影.
I watched a movie today (what would the classifier be for a movie?)

2. 呢個戲叫(?)少林木人巷。成龍係個英豪。
This movie is called 'Shaolin wood man alley'. Jackie Chan is the hero. (Can I use 'giu' this way?)

3. 個故事有趣因為成龍唔好以講嘢！
The story is interesting because Jackie Chan can't say anything!

4.成龍係一個小林弟子。佢見左一個囚犯。個囚犯係功夫師父.
Jackie Chan is a Shaolin disciple. He met a prisoner. The prisoner is a kung-fu master.

5.不過個師父真係咁壞心。
But the master is truly very cruel.

6.如果我睇中文戲但係我唔想字幕。
If I watch Chinese movies then I don't want sub-titles.

7.廣東話同英文字幕唔係一樣。不過每次我睇我真係心亂
Cantonese and English sub-titles aren't the same. But every time I watch I get confused.

8.係得啦因為我聽越嚟越好啲.
It's okay because I understand better more and more.

9.明年今日我會聽咁多
Next year today I will understand a lot. (I got the first part from an Eason Chan song heh)
