This thing is like peeling an onion. Sure, I'll put both readings with a note pointing here that the pronunciation is controversial in Mandarin.

Maps show it as Haizhuang so it seems that is what the name has been transliterated as, though placenames can often have abberations in how they are transliterated.
Interesting--it's within walking distance of the infamous White Swan Hotel on the opposite side of the Pearl River.
