The thing is, in Greek and Germanic, it is uniform, and thus kh doesn't exist in Greek, and the kh uniformly become h in German, the last link taking the post of kh.
Probably not kH>h but I don't think that's important.

What sounds do you represent by these letters? Is "kh" a different sound from "kH"?
