「叫」or「嗌」= 「call」,「tell」, 「shout」or 「yell」


「大聲叫」or「大聲嗌」= 「shout loudly 」or「yell loudly」

**「大聲叫」or「大聲嗌 could be simplify to「大叫」or「大嗌」
Example: 
「他突然大聲叫」( he suddenly shout loudly)
「他突然大叫」( he suddenly shout loudly)

***「大叫」or「大嗌」could also serve as a noun clause
 Example: 「一聲大叫」(a loud shout)
