Thanks for your prompt reply, I appreciate it!
I did a bit more research about 讓球主客和. It seems that most of the terms I gave here are set terms used by the HKJC for betting (maybe they'e got some betting slips specifically used for this).
The jockey club website gives a detailed explanation about this term: http://is.hkjc.com/football/info/ch/betting/bettypes_hhad.asp
That's the explanation they give
The cantonese (not standard chinese) wikipedia is much more specific and has lots of explanations for this and other similar jockey club betting terms

They translate t 讓球主客和 as (Handicap HAD/Handicap). Handicap betting is where the weaker team is given an advantage which will be taken into account with the bet. This term is also used in bookmakers in england (I'm not sure about the US), they usually have forms in the bookies to fill out when betting on this:
Other terms include: 1.1.1 【主客和】(Home Away Draw)
(First-half HAD)
(Handicap HAD/Handicap)
(Total Goal)
(Odd Even)
(Correct Score)
(First Goal Scorer)
(Section HAD)
(Double HaFu Score)
I would imagine that 孖寶半全膽 translated as hafu is meant to be using the english "half" as a loanword.
These terms are common in newspapers, however they seem to be "jockey club specific" and unless someone is familair with betting in the HKJC then they may not know them!
