讓和what does it mean?

In the sports section of the newspapers, when they talk about football (soccer that is), they always have something like 讓和,讓球主客,讓主,客客,主勝。

I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with betting, but I'm not sure exactly. I know that 主 and 客 are home and away respectively, and I'm guessing that 客客 could mean something like "the away team to be winning at half time and to win after 90 minutes).

pretty sure that 主勝 is a win for the home team.

和 is most likely a draw, but what does the 讓 mean? Does it mean to concede a goal?

讓球 must have something to do with a goal, but what does the entire phrase 讓球主客 mean?

By the way, I'm not trying to promote gambling here, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone goes gambling, I'm just fed up of seeing these things in the paper that I don't understand, I have asked some native speakers, but they're not really into football or gambling so I'm really curious.

Really appreciate it if people could help with this, thanks.
