First of all, I must say I am not completely sure about such characters written in cursive style.
But I think the three bigger characters read 報春圖 - “a picture that announces the arrival of spring”.
The smaller characters read 庚寅年春李林畫. It means “Drawn by Li Lin in the spring of 2010”.
it make sense, the character 春 really stylized to the point that look more like 喜 to me, and the character 畫 is like 魚 even more. I would like to look at the whole picture.
