東方広東語辭典 is not available in mainstream bookstores in HK. Maybe I could find it in Japanese bookstores.
But I suspect that its choice of entries could be too Japanese-oriented. For example, the obscure 拚死食河豚 (which you've listed in your last post) sounds too Japanese while 拚勻 could be a Japanese term.
In 廣州話方言詞典, the corresponding entry is the widely-popular 拚死無大害 which you added to CantoDict some years ago.
