I can't access this entry to see if it has a clarification, but it's the only example of 巧 being read as kiu². I asked my friend about the phrase in question, 咁啱得咁巧, and she said "we won't say 巧 for that in Cantonese; we say something like 橋". Obviously she selected 橋 because it has a closer normal reading, but is there a more appropriate character than 巧 for kiu²?
