p.7170-2 of 漢語方言大詞典 has a lot of info on 憋 and its compounds, but I see none that are 廣東廣州-specific usages. I don't know if 憋 could be considered Mandarin/SWC-only. Someone else needs to comment. (e.g., is there possible confusion in conversation for example with 彆 due to homophony that precludes 憋 from spoken usage?)
