I seem to recall seeing it elsewhere like this as well. From p. 51 of 《實用廣州話分類詞典》（麥耕 譚步雲 編著 廣東人民出版社 1997年8月第1版）:Quote

The readings of 二 and 兩 surprised me here, but the reading for 兩 is at least listed on its character page. The one for 二 is probably wrong, though.
...I'd still like further verification, but in general I've greatly trusted books where 廣東人民出版社 is the publisher.
