CantoDict blocked by Great Firewall?

I'm in mainland China (廣東) and have been using CantoDict to help study for the past 6 months. But in the past week or so, I'm unable to access the site. My browser gives me the typical "connection reset" error I get with other sites blocked by the Great Firewall. I'm now only able to access CantoDict (cantonese.sheik.co.uk) with my American proxy.
Anyone else in mainland China and can confirm? Perhaps it's just a quirk in my ISP? Thanks!
